Hearing that a certain company recently secured a joint desulfurization and denitration project worth 200 million, I quickly asked my colleagues there. The reply was that they do not possess desulfurization technology, and they have no nitration technology at all; they plan to outsource this work to other companies. With all due respect, I’m not very clever – how can a firm like mine, which is able to win projects but doesn’t possess the core technologies, continue to secure projects in the long term? Party A isn’t an idiot; they realized that the people working for them are from other departments, with your department only providing a project manager to oversee costs.
May I ask which region this is from, and is the treatment process ozone oxidation?
Those with the necessary qualifications and a track record can secure projects, while some organizations have the technical expertise but lack the qualifications and experience, and can only take on subcontracted work.
This is the current situation in China; especially in the environmental protection sector, it seems that there are many scammers at work, and this also reflects the distortions in Chinese society
This is reality: if someone is able to land such a large order, they can naturally find subcontractors to handle it.
Is it possible to master the core concepts after completing the project?
