How are the regulations for managing the use of lubricants in large-scale machinery at various workplaces? Is the grade of lubricant adjusted according to temperature changes in different seasons, or remains constant? Is the oil change schedule fixed, or is it determined based on test results?

The question is too general. What type of large-scale unit it is, whether it is installed indoors or outdoors, and what the ambient temperature is – these are the key parameters that determine whether the same grade of lubricant should be used.

As for the ambient temperature, it exceeds 30 degrees in summer, and can drop to around minus ten degrees in winter
Regular analysis, regular refueling. We don’t change the oil here unless there’s a serious accident and the oil gets contaminated – we’re too poor for that!
The oil used in our machinery set is the same regardless of winter or summer; samples are taken for analysis on a monthly basis. The five key parameters that are analyzed include viscosity, flash point, mechanical impurities, moisture, and acid value, and the oil is replaced if any of these values exceed the specified limits. For lubricating oil used in pumps, different grades are used depending on the season: 46# turbine oil is used from May to September in summer, while 32# turbine oil is used from October to April in winter. The lubricating oil for pumps is replaced every three months.
