These past two years

It has been two years since I joined this company on January 13, 2014; I have progressed step by step alongside the project (the largest LNG differential compression liquefaction project in the country) to where I am today. From a barren grassland to the impressive liquefying plant it is today, it has gone through many things and gained much experience. From having only a superficial understanding at first to being able to work more skillfully now, I admit that I’m not very smart, but I’m also persistent; regardless of the weather, whether it’s cold or hot, windy or rainy, I stay at the project site and have learned a great deal in terms of practical skills as well as knowledge related to equipment and manufacturing processes. I started as an ordinary employee, then became a team leader and technician, and now I am the deputy manager. Only I know how much I have gone through. When my friends and brothers are dissatisfied with me, I just smile calmly. Maybe I still don’t have anything that makes me worthy of respect, but with such mockery, I believe I’ll grow faster! Be an ordinary person, and do extraordinary things! One should have a grateful heart. Along this journey, I am grateful to my teachers, my supervisors, those who have helped me, and I am also grateful to you, those who are full of resentment! Strive for excellence! Create an excellent version of yourself in the future!

Dear mentor, I have met many great teachers along the way. In my senior year, I met a teacher who guided me on my path into society; once I entered the workplace, I encountered engineers from various fields. There is also a mentor with whom I still keep in touch to this day – I truly consider him my mentor, and he sees me as his apprentice. Later, I took lessons from a senior fitter to specialize in compressors. My supervisors, chemical engineers, and shift managers taught me many things, both in terms of technology, personal conduct, and management. He, whom I always referred to as an elder brother, was like a guiding light in my development.
A single UID can post 3 posts related to their mentor; there are now more events on the forum. Personally, I suggest one article each on craftsmanship, life, and foreign languages. :handshake
