I remember that during the Honeywell training in Tianjin, the instructor asked us to open a Microsoft Excel file used to simulate field data, which would change according to certain patterns. Now, we need to find out how to edit this Microsoft Excel file, and how this file can communicate with the PKS server Simply put, there are two requests: 1: How can the PKS Server read data from Microsoft Excel? 2: How does the PKS Server write data to Microsoft Excel?
I remember that Honeywell has dedicated installation files for EXCEL; after installation, Exchange is created automatically, and in Excel reports, it’s possible to retrieve data from relevant points by using commands. The server name and address, as well as time settings, can all be configured in Excel, which is very convenient.
