Raised octagonal blind flanges PN1.6 and PN2.5

The flanges used in the project are of type HG20592 (PN1.6 and PN2.5). There is an urgent need for the corresponding standard for 8-shaped blind plates; however, the blind plates specified by HG21547 do not have protruding surfaces. Does anyone among you know which standard should be used? Or how is it handled?
In standard HG21547, the FF face is designed to match the RF face; check whether the outer diameter d of the sealing face in the standard is consistent with the outer diameter of the protruding surface of the flange or blind plate
Well, yes. It was assumed that a flange with a raised surface should be paired with a blind flange that also has a raised surface
There is a question: I checked the standards, and I don’t understand how the outer diameter of an 8-shaped blind flange can be the same as that of a flange. Does the 8-shaped blind flange also have bolt holes?
