In the current process, the intermediate products are dried and then crushed, after which materials are added manually; now we want to switch to automatic feeding using machines. Is it possible to purchase a crusher directly, with its discharge outlet connecting directly to a square reactor? Is a suitable grinder available? Requirements: 1. The feeding speed for crushing should be around 35 kg/h; it shouldn’t be too fast. 2. The particles after crushing should have a size of 80 mesh. 3. There should be little dust generated during crushing – ideally none at all, as the material is to be used in a workshop, and we don’t want dust everywhere in the workshop. 4. Simple structure, easy to disassemble and assemble. 5. Explosion-proof. The material is in a chunky form and can be crushed by hand; it cannot withstand high temperatures, so it’s best to keep the temperature below 65 degrees
As far as I know, your requirement is feasible; the total power of the entire unit was over 30W when we installed it
The grinder doesn’t even know what you want to grind; it sounds like you’re using some code.
Previously, abamectin-potassium valerate lumps were produced; the material that had been dried in an oven was crushed by a crusher into lumps of about 1 centimeter in size. These lumps were then transported via a sealed vacuum conveying system to a grinder where they were further crushed.
