The liquid level issue in the torch cylinder

Our company’s torch cylinder is equipped with a level gauge, and the liquid level is determined by the condensation of steam. Sometimes the liquid level can reach 80% or even 90%, and manual drainage is required frequently, especially in winter. What I want to know is, does this liquid level need to be maintained? Can the drain valve be left on constantly?
Is it the water seal of the torch cylinder? If so, it’s definitely necessary to maintain the liquid level. If there is a level gauge, the operating specifications should specify the required level; a return pipe can be installed to automatically maintain that level
I need to go check the operating procedures again; I can’t remember whether there are any requirements regarding the liquid level there. . .
By using the level gauge SC728, which operates on twin-channel subtraction, there is no need to drain water anymore
The water in the torch cylinder must be drained; this may be caused by an excessively high liquid level in the front water seal tank or a too high gas flow rate.
Steam condensate? Is steam used for heat tracing? If so, the drain valve remains open, and once the condensate has been drained away, steam is lost. Consider installing a steam trap
