In the section on safety design, the list of safety facilities is generally organized into ’three major categories and thirteen sub-items’. Where does this framework of ’three major categories and thirteen sub-items’ come from? That standard?
It’s available online, but it’s better to include it now as the regulations no longer require it
It’s not a standard; it’s a document from the General Administration of Work Safety. The **List of Safety Facilities for Chemical Construction Projects** (Safety Supervision General Administration on Hazardous Chemicals [2007] No. 225) can be easily found by searching on Baidu. The somewhat tedious aspect of this catalog is that it was previously included together with the \"Guidelines for Compiling Special Chapters on Safety Facilities Design for Chemical Construction Projects (Trial Version)\\", but this trial version of the guidelines has been replaced by new guidelines. But it also does not explicitly state that this list of safety facilities is invalid. Many people tend to think it’s still useful.
