What design! What exactly needs to be done! Selection of instruments? This isn’t design either
Determination and selection of instrument parameters, design of control schemes, design of instrument installation plans, design of materials for instrument installation, etc.
Selection of instruments? This isn’t even design; what is it then? It’s not like radishes or cabbages; you just need to make a list and go buy them on the street
Instrument parameters? Things like range, right?
Which locations require instruments, what type of instruments are needed, what material requirements apply to the instruments, what are the range and scale values, how should they be installed, and what materials are required for installation, etc. . .
