I work in the production of metal catalysts. The final step in the manufacturing process is to dry the metal solution into a metal salt; this is done in a saline-acidic medium. The goal is to obtain a powder-like product. Currently, the solution is concentrated in a beaker until crystals form on its surface, after which it is dried under infrared light to turn into a solid. Stirring is necessary throughout the drying process. Finally, the solid is crushed into powder. Approximately 250 kilograms of liquid are processed each day, resulting in around 30 kilograms of finished product. This production method requires too much manual labor. I was wondering if anyone has a machine that can solve this problem, one that can handle concentration, drying, and crushing all in one. The equipment is required to be corrosion-resistant and environmentally friendly; a higher price is not a problem. I’m a newly registered user and don’t have any extra gold coins as rewards; I hope the experienced users can understand.
