After operating for some time (1 day), the current rises to 100% of the rated load; I’ve checked the process flow; there are no issues ; The pump has been disassembled; it’s in good condition, with no signs of corrosion or wear ; The motor inspection also showed normal results ;
We should first check the pump; also, look at the current load condition of the other pump
The two pumps are in similar condition, with a slightly slower increase in current;

As the proportion of heavy components increases, the density rises and the power consumption of the pump increases. 3 In petrochemical companies, the composition of liquefied gas as the final product changes relatively little ; In the case of intermediate products, the changes in their components are relatively large.
The medium components have been analyzed, and no significant changes have been found; Moreover, the pump worked normally when it was started up, and there were no changes in the process during operation; the outlet flow rate and pressure were both normal. Only the current drawn by the motor kept rising gradually. After about one or two days, the load (current) reached 100%, at which point another pump was switched on ; The other one is the same; the duration may vary, but the phenomenon is identical ;
