As titled: 1. Can the PLAN72+75 solution be used for sealing with diesel as the medium (diesel, temperature 300°C)? 2. In daily use, how to put it into operation and which parameters need to be checked? As shown in the figure: Manager Discussion Group
Ensuring that the dry gas sealing process operates smoothly, a low-pressure nitrogen pressure regulator is typically used to maintain a pressure of 0.2 MPa, while the flow rate set by the rotameter ranges from 500 ml to 1000 ml. This approach is commonly employed for light hydrocarbons or volatile substances. The design of this system takes into account the fact that in the event of a failure in the primary seal, the secondary seal can serve as a temporary barrier, preventing the leaked material from escaping by allowing it to be carried away through the nitrogen pipeline to the flare system. But essentially, the seal has failed, and the equipment is in a faulty and unsafe state.
For gasoline, liquefied gas, and diesel pumps, which type of seal should be used: 72+76 or 72+75? ? ?

Set the pressure at 72 to be reported as lower, and set it at 75 to be reported as higher……
