What is the issue with oil leakage from the mechanical seal overflow port of the newly installed polymerization reactor, along with the presence of gaseous propylene?

The mechanically sealed pump newly installed in our company started leaking lubricant within less than two days of operation, along with a large amount of gas; no lubricant was discharged from the exhaust port. There is no issue with the process itself, as all other units are operating normally.
Is it one device that has a problem, or just one in total?
Do you have the drawings? Does “leakage of lubricating oil due to overflow” mean there is a leak detection port through which lubricating oil is leaking? Is it the mechanical seal at the drive end that is leaking?
I was wondering if you could give a brief overview of your lubricant pressure and the type of mechanical seal used!
Gaseous propylene must be your medium; it’s likely that the O-ring is leaking or there is a problem with the sealing surfaces of the rotating and stationary rings.
What flushing method is used for sealing?
