Our unit is equipped with temperature high/low alarms on the small feeding line. Do your units have such alarms as well, and what is their purpose?
Low temperature is to prevent clogging, while high temperature is to prevent backflow!
It doesn’t really make much sense; generally, there’s no backflow – it only causes blockages. Make sure to adjust the feeding speed properly, and also control the flow rates of the conveying air and the loosening air.
We don’t have that here; employees conduct on-site monitoring of the additives. Generally, the pressure of the purified air is higher than that of the regenerator, and unless there is a mistake in the process, there is no reverse flow.
This doesn’t mean much; small additives generally don’t stay turned off or on continuously, but there is usually no issue with the pressure of the air used for transportation.

There is no specific location; anything is possible!
Places where blockages occur due to small materials: Firstly, it’s often because the small rope ends end up inside the catalyst in your facility; secondly, it’s at the bends in the pipelines; and thirdly, it’s due to poor control over the air used for transportation or loosening.
