Inspection issues for the welds of supports and hangers directly welded to pipes

GB50184 stipulates that magnetic particle testing or penetrant testing should be conducted on the surfaces of the welds where supports and hangers are welded directly to the pipes. However, in actual field work, such testing is rarely carried out on the welds of supports and hangers. Should this requirement be enforced?
The welds of the supports and hangers welded to the pipes should be subjected to magnetic particle or penetrant testing; I hadn’t paid attention to this issue, but it seems that such testing is indeed necessary.
