How to deal with heavy fog in the filter press plant during winter?
Improve ventilation,-------------------
1/ Control the true flash well to reduce the drainage temperature. Your vacuum filter generates a lot of mist; the temperature of the water coming out must be close to 60 degrees. 2. Use raw water as much as possible for flushing the filter cloth.
A steam cover is installed at the graywater inlet of the filter press, along with an exhaust fan. The performance is good. The problem of heavy fog has been basically resolved
This idea seems good. How to make the steam cover? What material?
Made of 1-2mm stainless steel plates; ours are manufactured and installed by a manufacturer of filter press equipment. Also, make sure to choose explosion-proof fans; otherwise, you’ll have to keep replacing them constantly. :lol
