I’m currently dealing with a client who faces a highly corrosive operating environment: pH level of 0.3–0.5, temperature of 130 degrees, and the medium contains particles that cause wear during discharge. Ball valves are being used in this application. Has anyone encountered such conditions before? Are there any good solutions available, and how long can they last? I look forward to hearing your responses

Ceramic ball valves solve both the corrosion problem and the wear resistance issue. However, this price is a bit high. Can the customer accept it? Not all ceramic ball valves are suitable for this purpose; in many domestic ceramic ball valves, the ceramic material tends to break easily, so this is something that needs to be taken into account – it’s very important.
