Tasks of the project schedule coordinator

1 Establish a progress plan management system and improve the rules and regulations for progress plan management； 2 Organize the preparation of the project management implementation plan ； 3 Develop and maintain the project’s primary overall schedule and milestone plan in accordance with the project’s timeline objectives ； 4 Conduct a work breakdown structure analysis for the project, establish a WBS coding system, and develop a three-level WBS coding scheme ； 5 Approval Progress Plan Monitoring System ； 6 Review the secondary schedule prepared by the general contractor and the supervision company, and supervise, inspect, and coordinate the project progress control activities carried out by the general contractor, the supervision unit, and the construction contractors ； 7 Approval of special progress plan ； 8 Attend the special meetings on the progress plan organized by the supervision team to monitor the difficulties and key points in plan implementation ； 9 Develop a progress S-curve to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the project’s implementation results, and prepare a report on the overall progress of the project ； 10 Review the impact of significant changes to the project on its schedule, and propose solutions ；
