Is it necessary to install a root valve at each pipe outlet of the equipment? In what situations can it be omitted? Otherwise, there would be too many valves, and the root valves are normally unreachable.
They are basically all required, unless in special cases. As far as I know, except for the outlet of the vapor line at the top of the tower where no valve is installed, valves are generally needed everywhere else. As for whether to install valves or not, it should not be decided from the perspective of cost savings, but rather from the standpoint of equipment safety and operational safety.
