After extending the turnaround time of coke ovens, especially when delays occur due to sudden accidents, why does it become difficult to remove the doors from certain ovens? Is it the material hanging on the furnace door or is the temperature at the furnace tip too high? As production resumes, the furnace door can be removed normally without replacing it.
Personally, I think it’s still caused by the deformation of the furnace body and its protective equipment! !
Mainly, the poor long-term cleaning of the furnace door and frame tar leads to an extended coking time, which in turn causes sticking and makes it difficult to remove the doors
