There are issues with the component library after PROII8.3 is installed

When any example is opened, the component button is red. A dialog box appears before any example is opened; the title of this dialog box is “Component Library Updated”, and its content reads: “This file uses the ‘proii 8.3’ component library, which cannot be found on this computer. The library supplied with this application, ‘PROII8.3’, will be used instead.” I’ve reinstalled it several times, and I keep running into this problem; I didn’t encounter it when installing it before.
I’m so worried; I’ve tried reinstalling everything using an Administrator account, but the problem still persists. Previously, I was able to perform the calculations without any issues. What’s going on here? Does no one know the answer?
Try installing a different version; if that doesn’t work, reinstall the system and then install PRO/II
