During setup, when the actuator is within the minimum adjustment range, the display will show 4 lines: “――――”. When the actuator exceeds the minimum adjustment range, it changes from a line to “□□□□”. Here, P1.1 refers to adjustment for the position when it is closed, while P1.2 refers to adjustment for the position when it is open. Those who are familiar with this type of actuator – what does the term \"minimum adjustment range\" mean in this context? Is it normal within the minimum adjustment range, or is it normal when exceeding that range? Or does it mean something else? Also, it’s not possible to get in touch with the manufacturer’s staff. The problem has been resolved; we were finally able to get in touch with the manufacturer’s engineers. It turns out that there is a gear for adjusting the travel distance, and it might have shifted too far during repairs at the factory. After resetting to the factory settings, the switch position can be adjusted properly; indeed, the switch position must not be set below the minimum value.
