Is it necessary for the company to have design qualifications in order to take professional exams?

I remember that when signing up, I only checked my educational certificate to determine whether my work experience met the requirements; there was no requirement for the company to have design qualifications； I plan to take the professional examination this year. In the past, the checks were not strict; no certificate from a design institute was required to apply for the CPA qualification. Inspections are strict these days; you can ask a classmate from the design institute to help issue an institution certificate.
