What is S-ZORB? Give an introduction
S-Zorb is an adsorption desulfurization process used for desulfurizing catalytic cracking gasoline. It is rarely used abroad, and is mainly applied by Sinopec.
Sinopec has acquired the patent; many units within Sinopec’s system now use this process
Borger, Ferndale, Lake Charles, Wood River, and PRSI – the pilot plants have been shut down.
Qilu Petrochemical is effective; it has a high removal rate, and it is said that the sulfur content can be reduced to 0
