Alignment requirements for flexible coupling flanges of pump machinery

I’m reaching out to the experts again for advice. Our company has newly installed a vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump, and rubber flexible connections are used for its outlet flanges; the deviation in the concentricity of these flanges is 15 mm (as per measurements), so the ideal value for concentricity should be 7.5 mm. Is there any standard that indicates this installation does not comply with the regulations? Thank you!
It is generally kept within 2 mm; 15 mm is a bit large, but since it’s a rubber flexible connection, I don’t think it will have much of an impact.
It can be used in the short term, but rubber flexible connectors tend to get damaged with long-term use.
