The reformed C3 is very clean, but its production volume is low. The coked product is abundant yet not clean; impurities such as thiol and thioether are difficult to remove. There is a purification system before the Olflex unit, but it’s ineffective when there are too many impurities
Propane produced by gas fractionation units will do, but currently some refineries burn it themselves. There isn’t much that’s being delivered
Currently, the domestic purchase of propane is subject to taxes
