The venturi scrubber is a type of wet dust collector and belongs to the category of high-efficiency dust collectors; it is commonly used for cooling and removing dust from hot flue gases. As the gas passes through the Venturi throat, it becomes a high-speed stream that meets the water sprayed from the throat, causing the water to be atomized and to mix thoroughly with the gas. This enables the gas containing dust particles to come into close contact with the liquid, and devices that utilize the inertial collisions between water droplets and particles, as well as other mechanisms, are used to capture the dust or increase the size of the particles, thereby achieving dust separation.
Furthermore, this is a humidifier; its quality depends on the effectiveness of gas dust removal, and the mixers produced by Huali in China seem to be of good quality.

What is the temperature here? For wet dust removal, venturi washing should not pose too many problems regarding temperature.
