What is the typical height of 110kV high-voltage transmission towers? When calculating the safety distance, should it be measured from the center of the tower, or from the edge of the high-voltage line? ?
For transmission lines of 35 KV and above, the minimum height is 18 meters; the common heights are 18 meters, 25 meters, 35 meters, and again 18 meters. Concrete poles with a uniform diameter are commonly used, with a burial depth of 1 meter. Those made of angle steel are also common and do not have a burial depth; the 25-meter height refers to the total height of such poles.
When calculating the safety distance, it is measured from the edge of the high-voltage line.
