Acid production from smelting flue gas: During normal operation, the temperature of the flue gas as it enters the acid production system (i.e., the first stage of the process) is between 270 and 300 degrees. In production, the negative pressure at the outlet of the sulfur dioxide fan (with a rotation speed of 4200 revolutions per minute) is generally between 6.0 and 6.6 MPa. When the system is restarted after maintenance shutdowns (the shutdown duration is usually 8 hours), the negative pressure at the outlet of the sulfur dioxide fan (still at 4200 revolutions per minute) is between 5.0 and 5.6 MPa.
