There is a reaction vessel in a biochemical hydrogenation plant, equipped with a pressure gauge (DN25 flange, remote transmission), a thermometer (DN25 flange, remote transmission), and 3 shut-off valves (cooling water inlet, hydrogen inlet, steam inlet). How should these components be selected?
For pressure, a remote-mounted pressure transmitter can be used; for temperature, an integrated temperature sensor is suitable. Control valves are generally made of 304 material. It depends on your process conditions
Temperature, pressure, medium name, is it a corrosive medium? Valve port diameter? What are the process requirements for valves? Without these, how can one make a selection?
