How to prevent backflow of alkaline solution

In the desulfurization alcohol alkali solution regeneration system, how can backflow of the alkali solution into the air line pipelines be prevented?
We’ve encountered such situations here as well; at the worst, it even ended up going backwards into the drill pipe!
1. Ensure an appropriate wind pressure and minimize the pressure in the alkali solution system as much as possible. 2. The air stream should come from a higher position, and a check valve should be installed before air is introduced. 3. If possible, place the air injection point as high as possible, since the height of the alkali solution column increases pressure, whereas air does not.
I’m not quite sure about this process. Does the air inside the ducts need to be continuously replenished?
The one we have here isn’t in use. Ideally, the air should be introduced from above downward, and it’s safer to use a check valve as well
Check whether the check valve is malfunctioning, and inject at the high point.
It must be injected, as this process requires oxygen in the air to participate in the reaction
It’s also best to inject it in the direction of the flow!
