Are there any members who are familiar with Lian Carbon’s production of ammonium bicarbonate?

Our company deals with the treatment of livestock and poultry waste to produce biogas; in the process, ammonia-containing exhaust gas is generated. We would like to use the ammonia and carbon dioxide present in these gases to produce ammonium carbonate, but we lack experience in this area. The details of the gases are as follows: 1. Ammonia-containing exhaust gas: ~8500 Nm3/h, with approximately 1.9 tons of nitrogen produced per day. Assuming no fluctuations in concentration, the ammonia content is around 11 g/Nm3. 2. CO2-containing gas: biogas, 20,000 m3/day; the normal volume ratio of CO2 is around 40% (the daily mass of CO2 is approximately 15 tons, which should be sufficient for producing ammonium carbonate in proportion). The remainder is mostly CH4, with a small amount of H2S at about 150 ppm. I would appreciate it if everyone could give me some advice: 1. Are there any technical issues in producing ammonium carbonate using the aforementioned raw materials? 2. How much would the initial investment be for a carbon ammonium production facility of this scale? 3. Is the production cost per ton of product much higher than that of large-scale facilities? What is the overall cost-effectiveness? 4. When producing ammonium carbonate using the above method or purchasing sulfuric acid to produce ammonium sulfate, which approach is better? Our company is currently considering outsourcing the process design for this part.
