In the sulfur trioxide evaporator of the nicotinic acid section in the sulfuric acid production system using pyrite, white flocculent substances appear inside the pipes during the secondary evaporation process, blocking these pipes. It is suspected that liquid sulfur trioxide undergoes a similar complexation reaction during the production of nicotinic acid, resulting in the formation of insoluble substances; however, no relevant information has been found on this matter yet. I am seeking advice from those with more experience!
