I remembered another rhyme: Used for people’s entertainment in summer. Back then, ice pops and ice creams were very expensive, and people were reluctant to buy them. Someone came up with a jingle: Ice cream, frozen dessert, ten cents per piece! Note: Yangshao – in our hometown it refers to square-shaped containers, the kind of iron buckets used for drawing water from deep wells! That led me to think of the many names used in my hometown; although they are no longer imported items, they are still referred to as \"foreign\" versions of those things! Bicycle = foreign bike; matches = foreign fire; iron nails = foreign nails! Cement = mortar. What else? I forgot!
