I have a question regarding the vacuum level under reduced pressure

Logically, increasing the degassing temperature should lead to a decrease in vacuum level, but I’ve seen some devices behave the opposite way. As the top reduction temperature increases, the vacuum level rises instead. Can’t think of a reason. Please give me some advice.
Has the material composition in the tower changed? ! It must be that the moisture content or the amount of volatile substances has decreased!
