How to deal with catalyst caking in isothermal transformation furnaces?

Dear sea friends, the tubes of the isothermal shift reactor have leaked and the catalyst has caked up; how can we remove the catalyst and inspect/repair the leaks in the reactor’s tubes? Process Management Group
Estimating is rather troublesome. Which manufacturer are you from? Which type of isothermal furnace is being used? You can consult the manufacturer of the isothermal furnace for details.
It’s not yet in production; I’m just trying to find out what measures can be taken to address catalyst caking in the converter
