As the new year begins, many people are still immersed in the atmosphere of the Spring Festival holiday; it is now necessary to adjust one’s mindset as soon as possible and get back to the tasks ahead. Thus, formulating a proper work plan and clarifying the goals to achieve in the new year are both prerequisites for doing our work well. For our new deep-processing division at HaiChuan Petrochemical, this represents a new challenge as well. This division involves a wide range of tasks and requires high levels of expertise; there are also many shortcomings in its management. Therefore, in 2016 we need to address these deficiencies, learn from the strengths of other divisions, and use those advantages to improve our performance in the deep-processing area. We are putting forward this idea to encourage open discussion; everyone is welcome to share their thoughts, whether it’s suggestions for improving our section or discussions about their own goals. To motivate people to speak up, we will offer rewards based on the quality of their contributions – those who participate will receive \"6-10 Wealth\", while the best contributions will earn them \"15-30 Wealth\" plus additional Charm points. I just looked at the title; it’s about discussing personal opinions, and at the end, it also includes thoughts on the forum section. I don’t have any particular opinions: 1. Complete the tasks assigned by the supervisor; do as much as I can with what the supervisor asks me to do, and complain as little as possible ； 2. Receive your salary on a monthly basis, and try to take as little time off as possible, as there are deductions for that ； 3. In my free time at work, I go onto forums, browse around, learn new things, and broaden my horizons ； 4. I hope there will be more work on the projects under construction, so that I can deal with management less often.
Personal opinion: Don’t get laid off; the economy is in a severe downturn right now!
