Should there be a pressure gauge at the outlet of the lifting oil pump for the main fan unit as well?
The opening degree of the smoke extractor inlet butterfly valve does not match the preheating speed; the butterfly valve’s opening degree does not increase
What’s the reason? Isn’t warming up initially done using the smoke damper? ?
The opening degree of our flue gate valve is related to the heating rate
We use warm pipes for heating the pipes, and smoke valves to heat the machine; the smoke valves are used to control the flow rate. During heating, the smoke valves should be slightly open – any amount more than that is sufficient. The smoke valves need to be adjusted on-site, and the heating process should be carried out gradually
When the warm-up rate exceeds 200°C/h, the smoke dish does not keep up; there is a temperature rise protection mechanism. At first, I thought the butterfly valve was broken
