Questions for advanced engineer computer and English exams

I’m from Hangzhou, Zhejiang. I took four computer-related exams as part of the process to obtain an intermediate qualification, and I passed them. Do I need to take those computer exams again if I want to get a senior engineer qualification? Also, for master’s programs, can one be exempt from the English test if they have passed CET-6?
With a master’s degree and CET-6 score, should one not need to take exams in English and computer skills to be rated at the intermediate level?
The computer will check whether you scored A or B in your last exam; this information is on your transcript. If it was an A, you don’t need to take the exam again to obtain a senior professional title; if it was a B, you do need to retake the exam. In most areas, those who have passed the CET-6 are exempt from taking the professional English exam.
