A soft-sensing online viscosity meter can measure the viscosity of polymers such as polypropylene, polyvinyl acetate, polystyrene, etc., in real time. Without the need to install additional instruments, it can utilize the signals from existing instruments on site to determine the viscosity of the polymers being measured. There are no issues related to pipe blockages or instrument wear. So, what impact does the concentration of the polymer being measured by this online viscosity meter have on its accuracy?
It seems not many people use online viscometers:)
