Problems encountered in a process design. The process requires steam at 0.8 MPa and 170 degrees Celsius, at a flow rate of 3,000 kg/h. However, the owner only provides steam at 3.6 MPa and 440 degrees Celsius, or at 4.1 MPa and 270 degrees Celsius. Due to the need to reduce the pressure and temperature of the steam, I would appreciate it if experts and friends could advise me on how to calculate the amounts of high-pressure and medium-pressure steam required for these two different scenarios, as well as the amount of soft water needed for setup (70-degree soft water for spraying) Are there any recommended manufacturers?
