Does it trip due to overcurrent as soon as the pump starts, or does it trip due to overcurrent after running for a few minutes or so? If the pump stops working as soon as it is started, then something is stuck somewhere, and mechanical faults need to be checked carefully ; If the machine shuts down after running for a while, then it is necessary to check the process-related factors or the motor insulation. 3. Are the inlet and outlet pressures and flow rates stable when jumping out of the vehicle? Sometimes, if the process operating conditions fluctuate significantly, such as a sudden drop in the outlet back pressure, it can lead to an increase in pump flow rate and thus motor overload. 4. Has the coupling been removed to check what the current is when the motor rotates alone? This is mainly due to the reduction in insulation of the motor’s coils caused by moisture or other factors.
