Reason for the event: To liven up the forum atmosphere and attract more people to the instrumentation technology discussion area for professional fault analysis. 2. Activity details: I will post a topic thread, presenting one instrument failure question each week for everyone to analyze and discuss. 3. Activity requirements: All SeaFriends are welcome to participate. Please use professional and accurate language to express your understanding and experience based on the fault symptoms described in the question, so that other enthusiasts can learn from it and use it as a reference. The response format must specify: cause analysis and troubleshooting methods. To prevent flooding and avoid repetition, meaningless and irrelevant replies are directly moved to the trash bin. 4. Purpose of the activity: Through this activity, participants will learn from one another, improving their skills in analyzing faults in on-site instruments as well as their ability to resolve such faults, thereby enabling better support for production processes. 5. Reward system: For regular responses (i.e., meaningful analyses of faults), a reward of 3 to 20 wealth units is given; for responses with reasonable analyses and accurate solutions, a reward of 30 wealth units is awarded. Hehe, what a good suggestion. After all, the manufacturer’s instructions only list some basic troubleshooting methods; there are many more faults that cannot be found in those instructions. It's a good idea. Share our work-related experiences and lessons with fellow sailors so that we can all improve together. Some faults may not recur, but they are still of great help in broadening people’s thinking.
