Specifications for the scope of supervision!

For chemical projects with a capacity of over 3000W, supervision is required; what are the requirements regarding the scope of this supervision? Is it sufficient to have someone with a specific specialty, such as one in civil engineering, to handle supervision, or is expertise in installation also required? Are there any relevant regulations? In the past, some projects would simply have a nominal civil engineering supervision in place/
It depends on your purpose; if it’s just for going through the formalities, find a supervision company – someone’s signature is sufficient； If one’s own team lacks expertise, it is of course necessary to have a full set of supervisors to help ensure quality control.
