Why are the insulated pipes placed above, while the uninsulated ones are placed below? Metal pipes are arranged on top, while non-metallic pipes are arranged below. High-pressure pipes are above, and low-pressure pipes are below. High-pressure pipes are placed against the wall, while low-pressure pipes are on the outside
Is there any cherry-picking of information, where the limitations or scope of application are ignored? In that case, even good things can turn into bad ones. For insulated items, it might be easier to remove the insulation layer. Other unknown considerations

The same principle applies to non-metallic pipes as well; non-metallic pipes are relatively more prone to breaking than metal pipes. High-pressure pipelines are less harmful to people in the event of an explosion.
From a corporate policy perspective, there are no restrictions. But in the end it was said that the specific situation would have to be determined through on-site analysis
What is easier about non-metallic pipes compared to metal pipes?
