In a Manturbo steam turbine, the control oil is supplied by a separate control oil pump; fluctuations in the pressure of this control oil can reach 1 kilogram. Why might there be significant vibration in the control oil pipelines after passing through the control oil filter?
Is it possible that the oil filter is clogged?~~
The same is true when the load is stable; the rotational speed remains stable as well
Keep the differential pressure of the control oil filter within the specified range
The inspection is carried out in three parts: first, the oil pump, to check for any mechanical issues； Second is the fuel supply pipeline – are the brackets and such in good condition? ； Third is the use of oil dots: are there any fluctuations in movement?~~
