Reorganize the internal structure to improve efficiency and reduce costs
It’s a method, especially for improving efficiency and reducing costs; it has now basically become a common consensus :)
I feel that when the economy in a particular industry is sluggish, Chinese private business owners generally still hope for technological innovations and improvements in efficiency. But it’s not that easy; as a result, they end up focusing on ways to make the most of their workforce. The ones who suffer the most are the lower-level workers, who have to do more work yet earn less money.
Reduce unnecessary consumption, pay close attention to equipment maintenance to minimize unnecessary losses related to equipment and processes, encourage employees to propose ideas for technical improvements, and enhance existing technologies in order to cut production costs

After passing, choose to invest in other projects. Bosses are different from ordinary employees; during times of economic downturn, employees earn less, but their wealth still increases, whereas a boss’s wealth drops sharply. That’s why they decide to stop working and look for other alternatives.
Change the organizational structure and adopt new energy technologies. If we continue in this manner without economic support, we will eventually be overwhelmed. Keep going, boss!
