What are the disadvantages of using combustion oil in regenerators?

After the heavy oil catalytic unit reduces its operation capacity, there is a severe shortage of heat; is it possible to inject some burning oil? What are the disadvantages of using burning oil?
Burn oil can be sprayed to maintain the bed temperature； If the burning oil spray does not remove water thoroughly, and misted steam is also injected into the regenerator, the catalyst is prone to thermal degradation and fragmentation.
It will lead to increased catalyst loss, catalyst skewing within the regenerator, and difficulty in controlling the bed temperature of the regenerator. But as long as production can be maintained, anything else is acceptable.

It is costly, affects the yield of liquids, damages the catalyst; incomplete combustion can cause the catalyst to darken and form carbon deposits. Failure to detect this in time can impact the fluidization of the catalyst in the facility
If the heat supply is insufficient after reducing the volume, it is possible to adjust the heat taken in by the heat extractor or increase the amount of material reprocessed; however, using combustion oil to maintain the bed temperature is not a viable solution.
