As the title indicates, I need a process package for 80,000 tons of polypropylene, preferably one with mature and stable technology. If any design institute or company has it, or is aware of it, I hope we can get in touch for discussions!

The 80,000 tons of polypropylene are produced using 16 batch reactors, and the technology is now stable and mature.
A PP plant with a capacity of 80,000 tons per year is beyond the capabilities of large factories, and ordinary smaller factories lack the ability to build such a plant. Even if the capability exists, only batch-type reactors can be used, resulting in a relatively limited range of products and grades. I know there is a medium-sized yard with a \"horizontal mixer bed polypropylene production process package,\" and text messages can be sent from the upstairs.

Domestic SPG process, Beijing Huafu Design Institute; inventor of the process: Gao Xu. All equipment is domestically produced, resulting in low investment costs.
The SPG processes currently in operation in China include those at Liaohe Petrochemical, Hongji Petrochemical, Shandong Hongye, and Shandong Hengxiang (with small-scale unit modifications); as well as those at Sanjiang Chemical, Shandong Luqing, and Weixing Petrochemical. First, the powder material is produced, and subsequently extrusion granulation is carried out to manufacture PPR material.
