Dear senior, I’m seeking drawings for a steam generator powered by heat transfer oil with a capacity of 8 t/h. I have no prior experience in designing such systems, so I’d like to learn from your successful experiences. Thank you! My email is 10928943@qq.com
The temperature of the imported heat transfer oil is 270°C, the temperature of the outlet steam is 200°C, and the evaporation rate is 8 t/h
Why do you need 8 tons? Let’s design a 1-ton version first

The principle of design calculation is the same; if it’s possible for small ones, it should be possible for larger ones as well – believe in yourself.

The problem is that no design is done; drawings are demanded directly.
The most important thing is to draw on drawings from projects that have been successful, to determine whether heating is achieved using coiled tubes or heat exchange tubes/units, how many passes the heat exchanger has, and what the diameters of the inlet and outlet for the heat transfer oil are
